This Burgundian Chard is a creamy, mineral white, with complex and rich in nuances. The nose is fruity, with aromas of pear, lemon, currant and peach mingling with warm bread and white flowers. The palate is full and ample, very open, with bright acidity. Smooth and mellow finish. Perfect balance between fat and mineral.
