Creekside Undercurrent Barry White 2018
A great name for a great wine. First called the "buried white" because it used all the leesy leftovers from 26 months of fermentation. Don't be fooled by this "bottom of the barrel" approach, as this makes for a complex, tasty and silky smooth wine. Made with Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, we get the best from a batch of aromatic grape varieties. Think baked apple, hazelnut and soft brioche.
Get this wine if you like the flavours of champagne without the bubbles. Marvellous with rich butter-based sauces on your proteins.
