The planting of Le Clos in 1999 is nothing short of an iconic moment in Niagara's wine-making history. Responsible for being one of the first plots to define what a true expression of the Jordan Bench could be, this particular vintage marks the third year after its "reboot" in 2017. Made by the incomparable Thomas Bachelder and using low intervention techniques, the wine stands on its own as a high-quality example of Niagara Pinot Noir.

With a big perfumed nose of black cherry and raspberry, the subtle oak on the palate gives way to some explosive floral flavours.

Get this wine if you want to simultaneously sip on Niagara's past but also its future. Pairs well with beef and wild mushroom stroganoff.
