Jet setting Philippe Formentin started Opi d’Aqui in 2012 after making wines in the United States, Russia and India! Sourcing grapes from organic and biodynamic vineyards around Languedoc, France, he makes les cliquets from the red grape Grenache and the white varietal Pic Poul. Exceptionally light in colour, it could almost be confused for a rosé however, its weight touch of effervescence creates a gorgeous Ch-che-che-cherry bomb!
