Sun-soaked Sicilian Syrah so scrumptious we had to alliterate about this juicy little number. This is fruity and vivacious with appealing notes of cranberry, raspberry and dark cherries plus some earthiness and perfumed floral notes. Very fresh and bone dry, there's delicacy behind the explosive fruit, light tannins and blazing acidity. Extremely versatile summer red that can be served chilled or lightly cooled. Try with pizza, sausage pasta, meaty white fish with tomatoes, capers and black olives, grilled lamb or bbq sauce slathered ribs.
