A brilliant, almost glowing organic Pecorino from Abruzzo, Italy with an intense nose of tropical and stone fruit and soft spice. On the palate the wine a complex and flavour with flavours of apples and melon, tinged with honey, and citrusy mineral undertones. A good level of acidity balanced out with 6g/L residual sugar.
