Azul Y Garanza (AyG), is a three person wine co-op that produces wine from four regions in Spain; Jumilla, Navarra, Penedes, and Montsant. Each of the three talents focuses on each of the different regions, and in this case, Dani Nogue Sanchez, who started his wine journey in Montsant, has a special connection to Dit Celler.

From the first organically certified vineyard in the region, the fruit grows in the Sierra de Llaberia Natural Park from vines between 25-70 years of age. The Selenita Negre is a savoury blend of Garnaxta (Garnacha/Grenache) and Syrah. This is a rich expression of Grenache, yet there is a seriousness to it, with exquisite structure and depth. Spiced blueberry, ripe raspberry and licorice entice the nose while mineral-driven tannins of bitter dark chocolate, dried thyme and cracked pink peppercorn on the palate.
