From a small plot in Marcilly-Le-Chatêl in the Côtes du Forez, the soils granite on volcanic rocks, farmed organically (third year of conversion to certification).

Wild fermented and unfiltered, it's at turns soft and at turns dense, brightly fruited and richly mineral. A beautiful triumph.
