A beautifully rich and aromatic Rose from the St. David’s Bench of Niagara. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, this wine comes by way of the Saignée method and then fermented cool to dryness.

A bright and juicy palate full of fresh strawberries - even a touch of jamminess - alongside ripe cherry, citrus zest, a refreshing minerality, and zippy acidity.
