Molino "Teorema" Barbaresco 2017
The Molino’s are three brothers that work diligently in the Piedmont region of Italy. Inspired by their father’s pursuit of agricultural innovation, Argicolo Molino Winery is their central hub where all their labels come together. “Teorema” is the name given to their Barberesco. Molino's Teorema is not a cru but rather the blending of two different nebbiolo vineyards, one in Treiso (Barbaresco) and the other in San Rocco Seno d'Elvio (Alba).
A more modern, fruitier style of nebbiolo, the nose is fresh, fruity and finely tight. It reveals notes of rose, violet, small berries associated with fine touches of dark chocolate, rich black cherry, vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, raspberry, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of cornflower as well as a hint of blueberry, cherry and very fine hints of liquorice.
Molino "Teorema" Barbaresco 2017 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
