The Big Head’s Raw series takes a low intervention approach to winemaking. This means that the wines see as little human interference and additives as possible and, in this case, go through wild fermentation and are aged in concrete. 

Using the traditional method of carbonic fermentation, a technique used to make the super crushable Beaujolais', this Gamay's intense red fruit aromas, liquorice and touch of maple, work together beautifully with the bright acid found on the palate.
