Chateau Latour Pauillac 2015
Dating back to the 1300s, the history of Château Latour is, in some ways, the history of Pauillac fine wine itself. Bestowed the rank of First Growth in the 1855 Classification of Bordeaux’s greatest producers, Château Latour has become synonymous with the concept of the world’s greatest, longest-lived Cabernet Sauvignon reds.
This generous, fruity wine is an excellent introduction to the family of wines produced by Château Latour. Initially developed for the restaurant market, it has been made every year since 1989 primarily from young vines, growing on the less prestigious terroirs in the vineyard. Around 20% new barrels are used in the vinification, but this varies dependant on the characteristics of the vintage.
Chateau Latour Pauillac 2015 is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
