Fruit for this ‘village’ (aldea, in Gallego) wine comes from multiple old vine plots across the Ribeira Sacra region.

The blend is dominated by Mencia and was vinified with 40% whole clusters. The wine is just the way we like it: stemmy, peppery, and driven by flavours of red fruit, pomegranate, and fresh cut herbs. Serve chilled and savour with friends.
