Fattoria Del Cherry Vino Nobile Di Montalcino 2019
Made from 90% Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) and 10% Mammolo. Fermentation and maceration occur at controlled temperatures with daily pump overs. Malolactic fermentation is completed in oak barrels followed by a 18 months ageing.
Medium ruby with aromas of small red berries, underbrush and herbs. Elegant and bold at the palate with a long lasting finish. Dry, medium+ body, well balanced with ripe tannins.
