Fermented in Barrick, aged for 11 months, then aged in a stainless steel tank with lees for 8 months. Using 100% Chardonnay grapes from one 0.46ha plot called La Perriere. Aroma of layers of white flowers such as ripe peaches and acacia. Elegant yet expressive full body, full of vibrant energy. The delicate balance of acids and minerals that underpin this richness is wonderful, with a long lasting finish.
