In Eastern Piedmonte, amidst the rolling hills and the river Po, sits ten hectares of vines owned by Daniele Saccoletto. Sitting just outside of the DOC, there are seemingly no limits to how he can showcase the unique qualities of the native varieties.

Do not let the fact that this slightly hazy wine, having seen ten days of skin contact, make you believe that the wine is anything but bright. The Bussanello contributes an incredibly zesty nose of jasmine, apples and ginger, while the freshness from the grape Timorasso gives an unmistakable and vibrant citrus flavour.
