A blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc, this wine is made in a partial appassimento style with some (8%) of the fruit being dried before winemaking. The wine spends 16 months in a combo of French and American oak, creating a rich, round mouthfeel. Expect flavours of stewed blackberry, cherry and clove.
