From one of the world's gastronomic capitals, Emilia-Romagna, the Venturini Baldini Winery sits comfortably in the heart of Lambrusco. As one of the first wineries in the region to obtain organic certification. This award-winning Lambrusco is made up of a blend of the four highest Lambrusco grape varieties: Marani, Maestri, Salamino and Grasparossa. All four of these varieties make for a beautiful mosaic of ripe cherries, blooming violets, nutmeg and black pepper.
