This is a Genshu (undiluted Sake) that has a lower than average alcohol content. It stands out with its interesting brewing method - water is added to the moromi slowly and in small amounts over time. Yamaha Nishiki rice is used for this sake giving it a sweet, juicy, and well-balanced sweetness and umami on the palate. Gentle acidity and a smooth, light body.
