A dry, barrel fermented white wine with a bountiful aroma and complex character. Aromas flood the nose with such delicate floral overtones coupled with elegant characters reminiscent of flint, green apples, lemon rind and grapefruit with a thread of minerality. These sensations carry through to the palate which is full of pear and peach with grapefruit, granny smith apples, with a tinge of oak and a buttery, rich finish. This Pinot Grigio is bone dry, yet a slight lushness is apparent due to the natural fruit sweetness.
