Junmai Ginjo produced by a historic 1656 brewery in Akita, Japan. A blend of local, artisanal rice, Akita Sake Komachi and Miyamanishiki milled to 55% of its original size. Fresh, well-structured with hints of orange peel, pear, Fuji apple and light floral notes and underlying minerality. Creamy, soft finish.
