The fruit from this wine was hand picked and sorted from the Niagara Peninsula and was created using the traditional Champagne method. This wine was bottle fermented and aged in the same bottle on lees. Drink this wine to celebrate a special occasion or because drinking sparkling wine is the occasion! Enjoy the aromas of baked apples, fresh baked bread and lemon curd. On the palate this wine is refreshing finishing with a springy mousse.
