The wine is straw pale in colour with notes of lemon orchard fruit and toffee. A portion of this wine was fermented and aged in French Oak for 8 months. A welcoming round mouthfeel initially fills your palate with and honey, caramel, and nicely transitions into a lemony cream crisp finish.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with most seafood dishes or try it with oven roasted cod with lemon and thyme.
