A Gamay Noir Rose with fruit from the Four Mile Creek appellation, this wine was fermented in 95%  stainless steel and the residual in French oak barrels. 

On the nose you get a bright strawberry sorbet, with candy apple, candied lemon, and a hint of hibiscus. The weight and mouthfeel starts off oily and soft but transforms mid palate to a quenching dry finish. The flavours are incredible with intense strawberry, cotton candy and ambrosia apple.
