The Big Head’s Raw series takes a low intervention approach to winemaking. This means that the wines see as little human interference and additives as possible and, in this case, go through wild fermentation and are aged in concrete.

This Pinot Gris is an expressive wine since it was picked later in the season and has seen almost six years in bottle. What does this mean? That you have something that tastes an awful lot like peach cobbler and limoncello.

Get this wine if you like wines with a creamy texture without the spiced vanilla flavours that you get from oak ageing. If you feel decadent, have it with a Baked Brie and baguette.
