Ravine’s Reserve Chardonnay is made from grapes that are grown on their farm using organic techniques. By having a living soil that has lots of bio-diversity, it  is the best way to make great, complex, and flavourful wines.

This wine is a deep golden hue. It shows aromas of elegantly toasted oak (due to barrel fermentation and 17 months barrel aging), toffee, poached pear, crème brûlée, and toasted marshmallow. On the palate this wine feels soft and creamy and finished with a tantalizing mineral finish.

It’s recommended pairing this wine with rich creamy dishes such as a mushroom risotto, sweet potato ravioli, creamy pasta drizzled with truffle oil, roasted veggies and chicken, and brie or even some Niagara Gold cheese.
