Vivid, youthful nose of white peach, lemon, Empire apple, and a hint of melba toast.
As it warms in the glass, the classic Ontario limestone you expect wafts up from the
glass with a little beeswax in tow.

Lovely poise on the palate at this age, with youthful acids set against textbook juicy
Riesling fruit. More citrus on the palate at present, all lemony-mandarin over apple
and the promise of papaya.
