50% Gewürztraminer, 38.6% Riesling and 11.4% Pinot Gris. Whole clusters were transferred to unlined clay amphora and sealed to provoke carbonic maceration. Fermented using non-selected, wild, yeast. Full malolactic fermentation. Matured 3 months in the clay vessels. Bottled without fining or filtration. Vegan friendly and bone dry. Orange-crush for days!
