A cuvée named after the altitude of the vineyard, as the Monastrell (Mourvèdre) plants are grown more than 900 meters above sea level, it has everything to please wine lovers who adhere to the organic culture and “natural” philosophy. Combining a gourmet fruitiness of black cherry and licorice, herbal hints, and a touch of spice leaves a beautiful aromatic persistence alongside the drying, slightly puckering tannins.
