The Goring Family has farmed the Wiston Estate since 1743, but it wasn’t until Harry Goring married his wife Pip in Cape Town in 1972 that the dream of planting a vineyard was born. She never gave up hope and 34 years later her dreams became a reality on the chalky slopes of their South Downs farm. 

This sparkling is a multi-vintage blend of equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. It is high scented with fine bubbles, pure characters of green apple and ripe lemon, loaded with toastiness and biscuity autolysis from a long lees aging.
