A full-bodied and elegant Bordeaux red from AOC Sainte Foy made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. Sweet, juicy cherries and wild berries with compliments of licorice and dark chocolate. 

The Cabernet Franc is aged in Italian amphorae while the Merlot in large wood barrels lending a nice roundness to the crunchy tannins.
