This cuvee is a collection of the best vintage wines personally chosen by Manuel Raventós. A sparkling wine that is only bottled in the most remarkable vintages due to its exceptional character. The 2011 vintage is a blend of Xarel-lo harvested from various plots. Its brilliant gold colour, wonderful palate structure, enveloping smooth texture, and lengthy, bitter finish are all results of its six years of stack age. These characteristics are typical of wines from the Conca del Riu Anoia.
