Made from 40-60 yo vines with about 80% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache and a dash of both Carignan and Cinsault from the Bandol Appellation of Provence, France. Grown in a higher, cooler part of the vineyard lends an outstanding freshness and acidity complimented by the limestone soils. Fermentation was completed by natural yeast and the wine was bottled with no fining or filtering.

Big and fruity with subtle oak influences. Dark fruit flavours of blackberry, blueberry, and plum with little hints of fresh herbs and leather. Age has given way to a creamy texture and well integrated tannins with a persistently fresh acidity.
