The Cuvée Racines is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne, made from old vine Pinot Meunier. The name refers to both what makes their identity, the Meunier, the emblematic grape variety of the Marne Valley, and to the roots of the vine stock which has its strength in the terroir. A cuvée steeped in tradition with its tying and its wax seal, but with a fresh, modern approach to tasting.

This wine demonstrates a nice balance between tangy freshness and roundness of the fruit. The nose develops on a beautiful expression of the fruit with light praline notes. Apricots, peaches, and exotic fruits personalize the freshness of this silky and joyful cuvée. In the mouth: a creamy attack envelops the palate where the fruit is also dominant.
