The Ausario hill is dedicated to Dolcetto. The eastern and southern slopes are cultivated with grapes for Dolcetto d’Alba, a modern and young wine which is characterized by cherry and sweet almond notes in the perfume and in the taste.

Intense ruby red. Persistent and fruity nose with notes of marasca cherries, rose and tobacco. The taste is full-bodied and balanced, the finish with almond notes highlights the freshness of this wine.
